Goodwill Haul Y'all!!!! Lularoe and much more!

I know you can't believe it is another goodwill haul, haven't done one of those in forever (wink wink). What can I say, my love for thrifting is a little out of hand. Oh well, we all have something about us that is strange. There are somethings for myself and some to sell as usual. 

     First off is three pairs of lularoe leggings, I found these in the kids section so they gave them to me for 1.99 each!

     The wristlet bags at top was 1.00 a piece one is thirty one the other is new with tag, orange owl .59, new with tag dog coat .99 and hanna anderrson shark shirt 1.99.

     Bag of random toys 2.99 and of course books .10 a piece the star wars is a box set with 11 books!

 

Clearance Find.... new balance shoes

It is that time again... School shopping time... I have all of my boys supplies and clothes done just needed to get my younger son some shoes. Went to our look shoe store and lucked out! They had the cute new balance shoes for only $5!!! He has these in his size now but these will be waiting for him to grow into them. The price was great and I was a happy momma! 

What I will be using from my beauty boxes July 2018

This post is going to be about what my $30 bought me this month. I am putting all of the items I am going to actually use from my beauty boxes, to see what I got for my $30. I really do think I got a lot of good items for the money I spent. There are quite a few full size items in this grouping. 

                              This is everything I intend on using from my boxes this month.

                                            This is the face care items and 1 hair item.

     This is the face and eye makeup I will be using 2 of these are full size and the tarte blush is a deluxe sample so it has a pretty good amount.

     Next comes the lip products, these are a favorite of mine cause I love me some lip products. All of these are in colors I would choose and I am very happy with them.

   
     This is a close up of the tarte lipstick from the sephora play box I love this color it is so pretty!! Of course you know my owl necklace is a super favorite. For some reason I did not take a picture of the nail polish or the perfume up close but I will say I am excited to use both of those too! Not bad for the money I spent I am going to give it a few more months but I do enjoy getting items in the mail!

Another Farmhouse Decor Birthday Haul!!! Windmill flowers and signs!!

Here is another farmhouse decor birthday haul! I got some more money for my birthday and decided to buy a few more farmhouse items. I love what I picked out and can not wait to use them! 

My favorite item is this windmill, it is galvanized metal and barn wood, I paid 19.99.

These pretty flower stems were 3.99 a piece.

Of course I can't forget about my signs! Got the country farm one for 4.99 (this was on clearance)  and the happy place one for 3.99.

Mail Call.... EBay $10 mystery beauty bag

In my quest for beauty boxes I stumbled upon a different type of box, the mystery box. So I decided to try out a $10 mystery beauty bag and I was not disappointed. It did take it a while to come in, it seems that the first bag sent was lost in the mail but the seller made it right and sent a few extra items. This was just a fun little treat for myself and I did get some good items for my money, it was well worth it! I suggest to check feedback with sellers before buying these kinds of boxes to make sure you are not getting a bunch of junk. The seller I bought from was noseyrosiebird67.

My favorite item by far was the owl necklace!! If you have been a reader you know I love my owls!!

      I also really liked the eye shadow pallet, it is my colors to a T I love neutrals. The highlighter and cheek color are nice too!

   Was also super excited to get a nyx lip gloss, also a color I would defiantly pick out for my self!

     There was a nice mix of eyes face, perfume, jewelry I really enjoyed this bag. I very good purchase and it was so fun I want to get more mystery boxes LOL. It is the thrill of the surprise I guess haha.

A Yard Sale Find... Happy Family Grandparent Dolls

This is a yard sale find post from this past weekend. I was super excited to find this set of dolls at a sale for only $3 for the set!! This is the grandparents from the 2003 happy family barbie collection. This whole collection is very sought after by collectors. It is midge (barbies friend) and her husband alan's family, I believe these are midges parents. These dolls are almost complete (grandad is) except grandma is missing her shoes. Grandad does have a hole in the back of his shirt but other than that they are in really good condition. Still can not believe I found them for $3. Of course I will be reselling these on ebay to make some thrift shopping money. This is why I love thrifting!!

I think that is a problem sometimes too, I see things and think they need to come home with me. I am trying to be more selective with what I purchase because my house is starting to get a little full......

A Goodwill Find.... 10 cent children's books

Wanted to share the awesome books I got at the goodwill this week! Sometimes I hit the jackpot and it does not help that they are only .10 a piece. I can not stop myself cause they are so cheap and when you find books like in the top picture you can't say no! All the books in this post only cost me 2.30!

Mail Call.... Sephora Play Bag July 2018

It's a mail call post! As stated in my ipsy bag post I wanted to try a couple of these subscription bags to try things out. This is the sephora play bag, I did like this month's bag. There was a face mask (i do like my masks, volume spray (my hair is flat and thin), make up remover, face moisturizer and 2 tarte products. I have to say that the tarte products are my favorite. I have never tried tarte before so I was excited to receive these. It was a lipstick (love the color) and a blush (love this color also) they are good size samples too! There was also 50 sephora points but I do not live near a sephora to use them but if you do than that is a deal. I do feel the bag was worth $10 and I will enjoy trying things out. 

It's a yard sale haul y'all..... Coach-Kids stuff (of course)

It's a yard sale haul y'all! Went to a few yard sales this week end and was not disappointed. I found some great things at awesome prices. This time of year is my favorite, I love the thrill of the hunt. Now on to the haul!

     Pink Coach tote was $10-led nail lamp was $2-owl serving bowl was $1-vanilla fields perfume was .25-and the thirty one chicken coin purse was .50.

     Lunch tote 1.99 (goodwill)-nwt spiderman shirt $1-old navy sweat pants .99 (goodwill)-farm book .25-4 cars .25 a piece.

                                All of these books was bought from goodwill for .10 a piece!

The 2 farm books was $1 a piece and the teletubbies book was .50! 

What Sold This Week.... July 13th 2018

     This is a sales update for the week of July 13th. I only sold a couple of things this week. I have not been having a lot of luck on ebay or my local yard sale page. I only sold 1 item on each platform. I do not post a lot to sell but I do post enough to sell multiple items.
     On ebay I sold a rare 2003 tokidoki hello kitty plush for $30, after I pay the 4.10 to ship it and my 4.00 fees I will make 22.00. She only cost me .50 at the goodwill so my profit will be 21.50.
     On my local yard sale page I sold 2 vera bradley purses for $10. These were purses I had bought for myself to use at some point and were setting in my closet, I consider this full profit since I did not go out to get these items for resale.
      So my total profit for this week was 31.50! Not too bad for selling 3 items, like I always say it is thrifting money I did not have!

Dinner time at our house....

     I just want to know if anyone else has a chaotic dinner time? It seems like in our house it is the end times EVERYDAY! It can be calm as a stream, younger son will be on ipad watching adults play with toys, older son will be in his room carrying his hermit crabs around. Soon as I creak the gate open to the kitchen to go start dinner (usually 10 min before husband comes home) the madness begins.
     The younger son starts screaming because he thinks the food should be ready soon as the gate opens. The older son starts yelling about he doesn't want dinner. Then the husband gets home, let's the younger one in the kitchen and all hell breaks loose. He starts digging in the fridge and cabinets, pulling out silverware, coming at the hot stove or crock pot or air fryer. Of course the husband just walks off so I am left to fend for myself. Eventually I do get something cooked and the little one appeased.
     Then the older one decides he wants something to eat (of course), because of his sensory issues he will only eat certain things. That is a battle all in itself, so I stand there going back and forth with him telling him he can not eat cookies for dinner. When we finally settle on cereal (happens quite often) I almost wished I would have let him eat the damn cookies.
     After all of the chaos of cooking then fighting with the older son I look over at the younger one, who has been digging in his food with his hands (of course) and it is all over the table. I mean really after all the other stuff now this. I finally get to eat and it is cold. Then it is time to clean up everything (most of the time I leave it but that just makes it worse in the am), it is also time for my older son to ask for butter noodles.........

Mail Call.. Ipsy bag.... July 2018

This is my first month of Ipsy bags, decided I wanted to try a couple mail order boxes. Ipsy was one of them since I heard good things about it. I did like my bag this month but I am still on the fence if it is worth the $10 a month. I am going to give it till the end of the year to make a decision on if I am going to keep receiving them. I liked all the items this month, there was a few iffy things about a couple of them. Still not bad I really did like the bag it is pretty! 

     Here is a look at how my bag came out of the bubble mailer. The water gloss at the top did not fit in the bag so it was in the mailer separate.

     Here is a look at everything that came in the bag. The water gloss is probably my least favorite cause it has a very chemical smell and taste, I like a pleasant taste and smell for my lip products.

             I love nail polish and was interested in getting some brighter colors, I really like this one!

This was probably my favorite item in the bag, I loved the smell of this and it was not over powering at all!!

     I liked this lip gloss also but I will say the smell and taste are not great, just like I said about the water gloss I like for my lip products to have a pleasant smell and taste.
     Overall I did enjoy this bag and the products in it and I will say it was nice to receive a package in the mail. I am looking forward to how this goes the next few months.

A Yard Sale Find... What's in the bag.... $1 bags o dolls

It's a yard sale find, what's in the bag. Bags of dolls, these were all in bags for $1. All together I paid $4 for everything in both pics. I clean the dolls and ponies up, fix their hair and resale them. I mostly bought them for the bratz I am hoping to sell them on ebay for a profit. 

It's A Goodwill Haul Y'all.... batman jacket philosophy and toys

It's a small goodwill haul y'all. These are the few items I got during the couple of trips I too to goodwill this week. I can not stay away from that place.

     2 pairs of slippers (old navy are new without tag) 1.00 a piece, batman hoodie 1.99 and the books were .10 a piece.

Wooden egg carton 2.00, galvanized chicken wire basket 1.00, block calendar 2.99 and philosophy pink marshmellow buttercream set 2.99.

Fisher price tractor 1.00, mega bloks fire truck 1.79, moon sand new in pack 1.79 and fisher price dog 1.99.

A Goodwill Find... Dooney and Bourke purse

This is going to be a goodwill find post, found this item in a goodwill while I was on vacation this year. Usually goodwills in bigger areas charge more for name brand purses. I was lucky to find this on the wall where all purses was 3.00. I thought it might not be authentic but after research I found that it is indeed a real dooney and bourke bag. 

     This on the other hand is not an authentic bag but I bought it anyway at my local goodwill for 3.00. It is a nice looking bag and it was brand new. I decided to add it with my other to show the difference in the quality of the bags. You can see the bottom bag is flimsy and the top bag has a more quality look. Oh well I paid 3.00 for both and I will carry both of them LOL.

Walmart Find... Super cute 365 kids clothing

This blog is a walmart find that was not on clearance! Can you believe I bought something at full price? I could not help it, these clothes are too adorable to pass up and my youngest is in need of winter clothes. I found these 365 kids by garanimals dino and monster outfits and even though they were regular price they only cost 8.97 a  piece. I think for the quality and the look of them that is a good deal. I think they are trying to compete with mini boden and I must say I'm a fan! My favorite is the monster outfit, look at those pants!!
