It's A Thrift Haul Y'all-With No Brass (what???)-Dough Bowl-Wicker Balls-Vintage Blue Ball Jars

     Hello thrifty mommas!! Picked up some really great items at a couple of yard sales this past weekend! I got some great deals and can't wait to share them! I got the vintage blue ball jars for $4 a piece (that's really good for those big ones). I got the wicker balls and dough bowl for $2.50 at another yard sale and the little copper oil lamp was from goodwill for 1.99! 

 

This Is Why I Love Thrifting-Dooney and Bourke Signature Print Set

     Hello thrifty mommas!! Wanted to share this set I got at a yard sale for $25!! I couldn't believe it the set came with a purse, two wallets, a wristlet, card holder and key chain. All are authentic and in the black signature print, I actually thought these were fake cause of the price but they are not! The handles on the purse are ripped a little that might be why the price was so low but I think it is fune and am happy with my purchase. 

 

Summer 2022-Porch Decor-Vintage-Flowers-Farmhouse and Gnomes

     Hello thrifty mommas!! Thought I would share my summer 2022 porch decor with you! I love to decorate my porch but last year I only got it done for summer so I am hoping this year to get it done for fall and winter. My decorating style can best be described as eclectic I love a lot of things so I mash them all together and love how they turn out. In my decor this year I have Modern farmhouse, cottage core, primitive and of course my gnomes and birds!! Super happy with how it turned out and am already thinking of things for fall!! **Can you see our surprise guest in one of the pics haha**

 

Yard Sale Find-Fake Coach Signature Watch

     Hello thrifty mommas!! Well....... This is a bit awkward but thought I would share my fake coach signature watch I found at a yard sale this week for $1. I didn't know it was fake when I purchased it but I figured since it was only $1 but it is a good fake. It has the actual Coach name on the band and on the closer. The main way to tell it is fake is print does not face each other and the silver on the face has bubbled and the rivets are tarnished that will not happen with a real coach. I still like it and will wear it and display it. 

 

It's A Thrift Haul Y'all-Brass (of course)-Bells (of course) and Perfume (of course)

     Hello thrifty mommas!! It's a thrift haul y'all from goodwill and yard sales, of course we have the usual suspects brass, bells (made of brass) and perfume. In the first pic I got these bells at goodwill for .99-1.99 a piece, I think someone got rid of their bell collection cause there was more than just these there and all different types. In the second pic I also picked this brass and pewter bowl pedestal for 1.99 at goodwill. The perfume was new in the box for 1.25 at a yard sale. Then the etched brass bell was 1.50 and the brass and glass mini shelf was $1 at different yard sales. 

 

This Is Why I Love Thrifting-Vintage Coach Leather Soho Bucket Bag-4141

     Hello thrifty mommas!! This is why I love thirfting! I found this vintage coach leather purse at goodwill for 4.99! Yes she needs some tlc but when you can find vintage coach for that price it is ok. This is the from what I can tell a coach soho bucket bag in black, it has the 4141 number on the creed and it was made in April of 1994 so it is the oldest coach in my collection so far. I am always so happy to find vintage coach while thrifting and have had a lot of luck the last 6 months or so. **I am not sure why it looks navy blue in this pic I assure you it is black** 

 

Goodwill Finds-Makeup Pallet-Tommy Hilfiger Purfumes

     Hello thrifty mommas!! Went to goodwill last week and found some beauty items one of my fav things to pic up thrifting. I hate paying full price for stuff like this (especially when I have so many perfumes and body sprays already). I got the moira makeup pallet for 4.99 and it is my colors to a T. Then I got the Tommy Girl and Tommy girl jeans perfumes (almost full) for 1.99 a piece! Someone must have went through their bathroom and decluttered and I benefited from it for sure! 

 

Yard Sale Find-Vintage Etienne Aigner Basket Purse

     Hello thrifty mommas!! This should probably be on my vintage blog but since it was an aigner purse I put it on here with my other namebrand purses. This is a cane basket etienne aigner purse from the 1960s. I had no idea when I picked it up that is was that vintage I assumed it was from the 80s I had no idea that aigner had been making purses for so long. I am usually not an aigner collector but this bag called to me and I had to add it to my collection. I only paid $7 for this at the storage unit yard sale I go to quite often. Will I ever carry it? Probably not I don't want to ruin it but it will be displayed and loved! **P.S. this was really dusty but it cleaned up nicely and looks brand new**

 

It's A Thrift Haul Y'all-Birds-Barns and Bugs

     Hello thrifty mommas!! It's a thrift haul y'all! Went to a couple yard sales and the salvation army and this is what I found. The bird candles are battery operated and can be put on a timer I paid $2 for the set. I got the barn pic and the wood frame from the salvation army for 2.58, love it. Got the berries, battery lights and star for $5 I also got the greenery for $5 at a yard sale. The metal grass hopper came from salvation army for 1.99! 

 

This Is Why I Love Thrifting-Dooney and Bourke-Denim Signature Purse

     Hello thrifty mommas!! I have found another "vintage" dooney and bourke purse for my collection. From my research this is a denim signature hearts from the mid 2000s. It is a saddle bag purse I believe it is in amazing condition very clean and the leather is so nice. I couldn't find a lot of information on this print and in this type of bag I didn't find any so is it rare? Not sure but it does not matter it will stay in my collection and since I only paid $1 that is an amazing find! 

 

Living Room Decor-The Rest of the Room-Box Shelves-Top of Curio Cabinet and Beside Ladder Shelf-Summer of 2022

     Hello thirfty mommas!! It is part 2 of my updated living room decor for summer 2022. These are all the other places I decorate in that room like the box shelves I made, I added the milk canister and the basket with greenery and a candle. I changed the top of my curio and I love it so much! That wooden lantern is amazing it looks so much better than the blue one I had up there before. I added some items to the side of my ladder shelf but didn't change that shelf. All in all I am very happy with how it turned out and can't wait to decorate for the fall. 

 

Livingroom Decor-Ironing Board Table-Summer 2022-Vintage Farmhouse

     Hello thrifty mommas!! It's that time again, it's time to see how I changed my decor for summer of 2022! This is the ironing board in my living room I love this piece so much I don't think I'll ever get rid of it. In fact I almost bought another one just like it at a yard sale this weekend but then decided I had nowhere to put it.... As you can see I have kept up the gnome theme and of course my brass and beads are ever present with my greenery thrown in as well. I absolutely love everything in this display and 97% of it is thrifted vintage.
