Hello thrifty mommas!! Ok, so I figured it would be easier to do this in sections since my laundry room has a little bit of everything in it. I want that room to be just for clothes and cleaning supplies (maybe that will help with me keeping my house cleaner, we can hope). Right now it is the place where things go to collect dust if they don't have a home.
This section I worked on today is where I was keeping all of my wax melts, candles and air fresheners. I had two separate bins with items in it. I got rid of over half of the items I had been hoarding (oh forgot to mention I am a bit of a hoarder but I am working on it) this is a real accomplishment for me. I have been holding on to some of this stuff (like the bath and body wallflowers) for years of course I was thinking well this is nice stuff I can sell it (think that is part of my hoarding issues I want to make money to thrift so I hang on to things for way too long).
Pic number two is what I am keeping as far as wax melts (I did get some for Christmas that is not here but you will see them later). The third pic is the items I am keeping from the other bin a few air fresheners and some wall plugs. Fourth pic is trash, ceramic lids to wall tart warmers that I don't have anymore, old essential oils, a box and some old yankee candle room deodorizers that did not smell good at all. The last pic is everything I am donating, wax melts, wall flowers, other wall plug refills, candles and oils. I am really happy with how much I got rid of and hope to keep on going. *P.S. while I was putting donations in boxes I got rid of a couple more things*
