Well It's Time To Take The Consigner Plunge....

I have attended a few consignment events as a buyer well this season my friend and I had this brillant idea (so we could go early for the best deals) to sell and let me tell you it is harder than it looks... First we got everything together, then put them on hangers or in bags what ever to get them ready for price tags, then of course you have to print the tags out, write a description on the tag, attach them and try to keep your child out of it till you can drop it off.. Shhhuuuu a lot of work, in my head I am secretly thinking was this worth it just to get in a day early? We shall see believe me you all will be the first to know.. It has taken us two different days to price everything and we are still not done (you know there is always a few stray things you find along the way).. Then we are going to have to drop the items off then after that it is just smooth sailing they take care of everything else and in a few weeks we can go pick up our checks.. Hope it works out for me and I at least make enough to cover what I buy.. If you were wondering what all I needed for the sale it was safety pins, index cards, baggies of different sizes, yarn (to tie the shoes together), labels (for the price stickers), pin/permanent marker, highlighter (if you are not discounting), hangers, tote or boxes (to put items in) and a lot of time and/or babysitter no way to do this with a child.....
